Talley McIntosh Properties, Inc. is a full service real estate services partnership.  We provide residential, commercial, and land brokerage services throughout Blount and the surrounding counties.

David Talley has been a Realtor for over ten years.  He is a consistent Top Producer and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers of residential or commercial properties and with investors. He is a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Real Estate Commission and National Association of Realtors.  David is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Blount and is active in the cycling community in Blount County. David has played an active role in Blount County Young Life, both as a volunteer leader and as the Young Life Committee Chair.  He serves on the Board of Directors for Samaritan Hands, a non-profit international mission organization, and attends Fairview United Methodist Church. David and his wife, Jennifer, have four children and four grandchildren.

Harry McIntosh has over 15 years of full time real estate experience, with direct participation in the sale, leasing, and/or development of over $50 million of real property. He has specific expertise in vacant land, office/warehouse, retail, investment and residential development properties. Harry is a graduate of Florida State University and Rollins College, is a licensed Real Estate Broker (Tennessee & Florida), a licensed Building Contractor (Tennessee), member of the National Association of Realtors, Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.  Harry lives in Maryville with his wife Penny and three children.
